Looking for the myFBO login? myFBO closed on 31 August 2026. As of September 2026, myfbo.com and its login page redirect to CAMP Aviate, a fueling and FBO software site. You can no longer sign in to myFBO or download your database.

myFBO migration questions
Is myFBO shut down?+
Yes. myFBO closed on 31 August 2026. The company posted nothing on its website, and account holders got the date in account notices. Since the closure, myfbo.com and the myFBO login page redirect to CAMP Aviate, a fueling and FBO software site.
Can I still export my myFBO data?+
No. myFBO offered the database download while your subscription was active, and the site is now offline. If you downloaded the .bak file before 31 August 2026, you have your data. If not, rebuild your member list from an accounting export or your email contacts. The migration guide covers both cases.
What is in the myFBO .bak file?+
It is a Microsoft SQL Server database backup. It holds your customers and members, aircraft, bookings, dispatch and check-in history, training records, and account balances. Excel cannot open it. Send it to us and we extract the members, aircraft, and bookings.
Is Tailplane free?+
Yes. Tailplane has no set-up fees and no monthly fees. You do not need a credit card to sign up.
How long does the migration take?+
Sign-up takes a few minutes. We finish most imports within a few business days of receiving your file. You can create bookings and add aircraft yourself in the meantime, and we merge the two sets when we load your file.
Does Tailplane handle billing and invoicing?+
Not yet. We are rebuilding billing and online payments and have no release date. Today, Tailplane covers scheduling, dispatch, fleet and maintenance tracking, document expiry tracking, and reporting with Excel export.
Is Tailplane a full myFBO replacement?+
For scheduling, dispatch, fleet and maintenance tracking, document storage, and reports, yes. Tailplane does not replace the myFBO accounting, training records, or fuel modules today. Billing, training records, and modules for fuel sales, shop orders, and inventory are in development.
Is Tailplane a fit for FBOs?+
Tailplane serves flight schools, flying clubs, and training centers today. Modules for fuel sales, shop orders, and inventory are in development. Until they ship, you need a separate product for that side of the business.
